Research Reflecting on our childhood, we remember our endless thirst for knowledge, fueled by the childlike curiosity within us all. We were filled with never-ending questions about the universe, which often left our parents in a quandary, finding right answers.
When did we stop asking question after question and leave our childlike curiosity behind? The fear of asking a dumb question became greater than the excitement of discovering something new. Or even worse, we stopped questioning things altogether, merely accepting that certain things behave the way they apparently always do.
Concept An AI-Powered research tool to inform you and document information clearly and quickly. We use our experts’ confirmation bias to understand different perspectives and use them to our advantage. By considering the needs of our experts, we gain a deeper understanding of any topic.
The onboarding process is designed to comprehensively capture the research topic. The next step, called “tindering,” involves suggesting the right experts based on this information. The entire process operates through voice input, making it as easy and natural as possible for users.
Tindering with Experts The AI model generates experts based on the captured information. Some experts will align with your opinion, while others will present opposing views.
Now it’s your turn. Based on the experts’ statements about your research topic and their dating profiles, you can choose to swipe right to match with them or swipe left to decline.
Research Spektrum After finishing the tindering process and gathering your matches, you will first look at the thematic spectrum to help the user start their research. Our experts have already positioned themselves at the points they can contribute to.
You can now have a conversation with each expert. During this conversation, the key discussion points will be displayed next to them to ensure a clear overview of the conversation. Once the conversations are finished, the most important points will be summarized.
Learnings and Final Project This project has taught me to take responsibility and plan ahead. I also learnt a lot from our extensive research phase, where we simply packed away our laptops and relied on pen, paper and our own experience. Unfortunately, this intensive phase meant that we didn't have enough time at the end to complete our work as we had hoped, but this didn't detract from the learning experience.
